I decided to see if Age of Empires III which is one of my favourite games would install and run under Vista, I was surprised by the results.

As you can see it runs fine, even when in Flip 3D the animations were not jerky. As you may notice the graphics are not high quality but that's more my graphics card. The only problems are that Windowed Mode doesn't work and at just remains in full screen.

i cant get this to work, i have all the minium requirements and still it plays up, it does not work, any advice

*** sake Sam. Just because your computer sucks balls doesnt mean you have to insult another guy for gettin a game to work on his. Fucking ***.

Anyway... I installed it AoE III today on Windows Vista Ultimate and it works fine. It comes up in the games section and works perfectly. Only thing you need to remember to do is Run it as Administrater.
